Mimi has extensive litigation and trial experience, representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex antitrust and commercial litigation -- including merger enforcement actions, price-fixing and monopolization cases, and licensing and contractual disputes -- before federal and state courts and in international arbitrations.
Mimi’s practice centers on antitrust litigation, antitrust compliance counseling, and premerger notification advice and assistance with Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings. She has experience navigating federal civil and criminal investigations and litigations, complex merger matters, and multi-district antitrust class actions in a diverse array of industries, including financial services, sports, entertainment, advertising, telecommunications, network technology, major appliances, and health insurance.
Prior to joining Zelle, Mimi was a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, where she led conduct and merger investigations and served as a key member of several litigation and trial teams. Before joining the DOJ, Mimi was an antitrust litigator at a large national law firm.
